Sync!Sync!Sync! helps you to make copies of your personal data by synchronizing two folders. It's very easy to set up and once you finish setting, what you have to do is only push a button. Of course Sync!Sync!Sync! can run automatically too, while you are out or sleeping. You don't have to mind when you made backup last time.
It's also AppleScript available so you can make your own backup flow. There are some sample script in the package, please try to find out your system.
