Voody Blue Subtitler (aka VBS) is a simple program that allows you to manually synchronize a text file with a video stream, thus creating a subtitles file.Currently, VBS imports text-only files and producesits output in SubRip format.VBS requires GTK+ 2.2 or newer and needs mplayer. Besides this it should run in any decent environment.
