Social Friend Finder is a Firefox extenson that gives you the opportunity to search people names simultaneously at Facebook, MySpace, hi5 and Twitter. Just highlight the name you want, right-click and select"Search social networks"from the context menu. Results appear in new tabs, one for each site. In order to see results for twitter you have to be logged in.
