Cthulhu (previously known as Mintbox) is an open source GNU/Linux operating system based on the very popular and powerful Linux Mint distribution and using the lightweight, fast, reliable and stable Openbox window manager as its default desktop environment.Cthulhu’s main goal is to become the most stable, flexible and aesthetic Openbox distribution on the Internet. It includes various popular and open source applications, such as VLC, GIMP, Clementine, Deluge, Nitrogen, Filezilla, and Xvidcap.Apparently, this is one of the first unofficial Linux Mint flavor that uses the Openbox window manager. Mintbox is distributed as a single Live DVD ISO image, supporting both 64-bit and 32-bit architectures.
