libdwarf is an open source library software written in the C/C++ programming languages and designed to be used for reading and/or writing DWARF debugging information in Elf object files.The libdwarf library implements the version 2 or higher of the DWARF Debugging Information Format standard by offering function interfaces designed to abstract away several DWARF implementation details.Also part of this project is the dwarfdump command-line utility, which uses the libdwarf library for reading Elf object files and outputting DWARF content in a human-readable way. Implementations of some tsearch (tree search) algorithms are also included.
