Synfig Studio is a 2D animation program that allows you to create high quality animations with the help of bitmap and vector artwork. The interface of the application leaves a lot to be desired. Firstly, when you open the program, there are a lot of windows that just pop up. There is even a screen that looks like a DOS Command prompt, and if you try to close it, the whole app shuts down. The actual main screen from which you are able to give all the commands is very small and cluttered, and worst of all, it cannot be maximized. All the additional tools that you might want to use are all opened in different windows, which makes things pretty hard for you, as you waste a lot of time looking for the one that you need.
