DDT stands for Digital Disease Terminator and it is a highly configurable, flexible and intuitive application that can be used to run several anti-virus/anti-malware scanners. Typically these programs would be console applications able to accept file and folder paths passed to them by commands you create. DDT will then run the programs, either concurrently or consecutively, to process files in the object list which can be built several ways, including by sending file and folder paths to DDT from the Windows Explorer "SendTo" context menu. DDT also features "QuickScan", a feature which will automatically process files sent to DDT from the SendTo context menu without any user intervention.
