See, Windows 7 (and Vista as well, apparently) like to forget where you left your explorer windows, so that new explorer windows end up wherever the last window was, instead of where that particular window was last. It's pretty annoying, considering it seemed to work fine on Windows XP. This tiny program is an attempt to regain that functionality.WindowsWhere is currently alpha software; that means that the core functionality more or less works on my machine. That doesn't mean that it won't destroy your data and set your computer on fire if you aren't careful, though!
