The Garmin ANT Agent application will allow you to transfer fitness data from your compatible Garmin device to your computer. Garmin ANT Agent detects any paired Garmin devices in range and automatically downloads fitness data to your computer. You can then transfer the data to Garmin Connect or Garmin Training Center.Your Garmin device and Garmin ANT Agent are set to pairing mode by default. After you pair your device, you can immediately begin transferring data. Data downloaded from your Garmin device to Garmin ANT Agent must be transferred to Garmin Connect or Garmin Training Center. If you do not transfer downloaded data to one or both of those programs before you attempt to download additional data, the original data will be lost.
